Job Description The OSP Construction Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring the successful execution of outside plant, underground, and utility construction projects.
This position focuses primarily on supervisory responsibilities rather than technical work, with culture fit being the top priority.
You'll lead field operations, uphold safety and quality standards, manage resources, and support team development while fostering a collaborative and accountable environment.
In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day construction activities across multiple project sites, working closely with field crews, customers, and internal teams.
The position requires approximately 20% travel and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a government-funded RUS project connecting rural communities to fiber infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities
