A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Consultant to support the redesign and administration of incentive compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and streamline incentive compensation plan processes, identifying gaps in data and workflows
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend improvements for plan design and reporting
Lead the implementation of the ICM platform, coordinating with project management, IT, and vendors
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of progressive compensation experience with prior leadership responsibility
Experience in incentive compensation program design, administration, and implementation
Advanced analytical skills for identifying root causes and resolving complex problems
Experience leading projects and managing cross-functional teams
