Senior Analyst Compensation Programs
The Senior Analyst Compensation Programs drives key global compensation initiatives from market pricing and job evaluation to the annual compensation planning cycle while serving as day-to-day project lead for cross-functional workstreams. You'll own analysis, tools, and guidelines that support fair, competitive, and transparent pay, and partner with HR, Finance, Talent, and business leaders to deliver a high-quality employee experience.

Qualifications for success :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. 46+ years of compensation experience with hands-on market pricing, job evaluation, and annual planning; global exposure preferred.
