Security Professional- Armed Residential Site Patrol

As a Security Professional- Armed Residential Site Patrol in DALLAS, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more.

As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure environment within a distinguished residential setting. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols throughout the location, maintaining a strong presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing a reassuring point of contact for residents and guests. This post requires you to be armed and to operate a vehicle in accordance with Allied Universal policies, making both your awareness and professionalism crucial to the role. You will be counted on to respond promptly to incidents, work collaboratively with fellow team members, and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate : $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Day Time Mon 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Tue 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Wed 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sun 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the residential location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, and staff to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
  • Remain alert and prepared to respond to emergencies or incidents while on patrol at the residential location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Must possess an Armed Guard Card or License as required by applicable laws and regulations.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
