Technical Project Manager

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate complex technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of client projects, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs

Coordinate project planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams

Implement and manage QA feedback loops, ensuring compliance with internal standards and client obligations

Required Qualifications

Prior experience in technical support, system administration, DevOps, or software operations

Familiarity with major operating systems and cloud environments

Experience in project management, preferably with certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum

Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and logs

Experience leading remote or globally distributed teams is preferred
