We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.

Position Overview :

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of hands-on litigation experience specifically in personal injury law. You will take a lead role in managing complex cases from intake through trial or settlement, working closely with clients, support staff, and other attorneys to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death claims
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Evaluate claims, negotiate settlements, and develop litigation strategies
• Supervise junior attorneys and legal staff as needed
• Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on communication and trust
