This position is responsible to provide the day-to-day support of the Quality Control department. The Quality Document Technician will work through and under the direct authority of the Quality Director to ensure that all forms and documents follow established processes and meet all applicable company, customer and federal regulations. Blueprint reading skills are required for this position.
Base pay range
$23.00 / hr - $29.00 / hr

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensures that production schedules and customer requirement are met
- Verifies material and process certifications for compliance to customer / regulatory requirements.
- Records inspection results accurately into assigned documents
- Verifies accuracy of numbers and paperwork associated with manufacturing job travelers
- Exports data to create specific reports as needed
- Manages and maintains database(s), spreadsheets and metrics.
- Performs data analysis and reporting.
- Ensures all electronic and manual filing systems are kept up to date.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalentPrevious administrative support experience within a Quality department preferredBlueprint reading skills requiredNumbers oriented / Strong math skillsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailProficient written and verbal communication skillsAbove average proofreading skillsAbility to effectively handle frequent interruptions and shifting prioritiesAbility to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks independentlyAbility to work in a team environmentKnowledge of relevant computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Providing a high level of service to all internal and external customers.Working knowledge of certified quality standards (AS9100 Rev D)Benefits Package
