Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in our Temperanceville, VA facility. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility. If you have a knack for troubleshooting, a passion for hands-on work, and a commitment to safety and quality, we want to hear from you!

    • Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and efficiency.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of six (6) months of maintenance work experience documented in the work history section of the application or resume.
  • This facility accepts rehires only after 180 days, and having worked less than 3 times.
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must present valid Identification
  • Must be willing to use basic hand tools
  • The role requires basic mechanical or maintenance skills knowledge in areas of welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics & plumbing, welding.
  • Must be able to read and understand assignments.
  • Must be willing and able to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs 120 feet and ladders up to 60 feet, willing to stand for long periods of time, withstand extreme hot, cold, and inclement weather.
