Home Health Aide (HHA or CNA) - PRN

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled home health aide (HHA) or certified nursing assistant (CNA) in Rock Point, AZ to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient's residence. We are looking for night shifts from 7pm-7am Monday-Wednesday.

Responsibilities

• Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
• Assist with the patients' activities of daily living as well as personal care.
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.
• Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed.
• Maintain records and documentation of services.
• Communication with the patients' family, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.
