Able to deliver professional and courteous customer service to all individuals Maintain clear and accurate documentation of activities through notes, reporting forms, consent forms and computer databases. Appropriately store and handle all vaccines. Screen and administer immunizations to children in a high-volume setting Deliver professional and courteous customer service to all individuals Maintain clear and accurate documentation of activities through nurse's notes, reporting forms, consent forms and computer databases Provide proof of administered vaccines and education to clients Other duties as assigned One (1) or more years of current nursing experience Community based nursing experience and / or immunization nursing experience Two (2) or more years of current nursing experience Bilingual skills in English / Spanish AZ or compact state Registered Nursing License Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona driver's license by the time of hire Must secure and maintain an Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card and complete and pass a background check Employee must have reliable transportation, may have to travel to another location if coverage is needed
