Registered Nurse Medical Telemetry (Night Shift)

Schedule : 12-Hour Nights

Up to $15,000 $20,000 Sign-On Bonus + Up to $7,500 Relocation Assistance

We re urgently hiring Registered Nurses to join a fast-paced, 30-bed Medical Telemetry unit caring for adult patients with complex cardiac and medical needs.

What You ll Do :

Provide direct nursing care to patients with diagnoses like ACS, CHF, CAD, arrhythmias, syncope, and post-AMI

Monitor cardiac telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition

Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams in a trauma-level hospital setting

Deliver compassionate care and accurate documentation on a busy night shift

Unit Snapshot :

30-bed telemetry unit

RN-to-patient ratio : 1 : 6

Patient population : Adults 18+ with cardiac and vascular conditions

What You Bring :

Associate degree or diploma in Nursing required

BSN preferred

Active RN license or eligibility in Virginia

Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
