Compensation : $85,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience and location Benefits : Three weeks PTO (accrual-based) + 13 paid holidays Up to 2 hours weekly for personal appointments without using PTO Health insurance starting the first of the following month (multiple plan options) 401(k) with company match Bonus : Annual merit-based performance bonus Work Environment : Flexible schedule, remote-first culture, and opportunities to travel for conferences Team Structure : Join a team of 2 senior proposal writers, 4 proposal writers, and 1 coordinator, all reporting to the Senior Manager of Proposals Interview Process : Two rounds of video interviews plus a writing sample submission Onboarding : Includes background and conflicts check Mid-Senior level Full-time Legal Legal Services

LHH is seeking a Senior Proposal Writer to join their client’s dynamic business development team at a leading international law firm. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact proposal work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Craft tailored, high-quality proposals for RFPs and pitch meetings, aligning with client needs and firm standards.
- Collaborate with attorneys, business development, and pricing teams to develop strategic proposal content.
- Mentor junior team members on proposal best practices and customization techniques.
- Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and responsiveness.
- Maintain and enhance internal content databases to support proposal development.
