Position : IS Support Services Administrator
Duration : Through end of March (high likelihood of extension)
Location : Boonton, NJ
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite IS support for PCs, printers, thin clients, and other related hardware / software.
Manage and resolve tickets in coordination with the IS Support Center to enhance user experience.
Reimage laptops, install required software, and ensure systems meet compliance and security standards.
Administer local IS services, hardware inventory, and purchasing requests.
Support local scientific and lab software, ensuring proper connectivity and backup management.
Liaise with vendors and Aptar IS for networking, VM, and workstation requirements.
Support data integrity initiatives and ensure compliance with IS Quality SOPs and CAPA processes.
Assist with database management, access control, and user permissions for key systems.
Collaborate with QA teams on instrument-level compliance and data management planning.
Perform quarterly and annual data integrity checks and disaster recovery procedures.
Provide guidance and technical input for the implementation of new technologies in line with Aptar strategy.
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (required).
ITIL Certification (preferred).
Quality / Compliance certification (preferred).
English proficiency (Cambridge A2 B2 or equivalent).
Experience :
2 3 years of IS or IT support experience.
Experience in two or more of the following domains preferred :
o Onsite and Helpdesk Management
o Infrastructure / Networking / Endpoint Administration
o ITSM or ITIL Framework
o Change Management, Data Integrity, and Implementation
