Ohio Licensed Case Coordinator

A company is looking for a Case Coordinator to manage workers' compensation claims and facilitate treatment services.

Key Responsibilities

Gather claim data and manage low to mid-level workers' compensation claims

Verify return to work documentation and manage claims in collaboration with the Claims Management Team

Document communications and respond to inquiries within one business day

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required

One year of case management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge of BWC Mandatory and Expected EDI Transmission elements

Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities

Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
