Job description : Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Mall of America location. As part of our team, you’ll help create an engaging customer experience, inspire your staff, and drive results while representing a brand with a mission.

Duties

• Manager will need to manage schedule for a team of 6-8 employees
• Lead and motivate a team to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
• Manager will have to respond to any emergencies or fill the schedule / open and close the store if no one else is available
• Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandise
• Train and coach team members to grow within their roles
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures
• Build strong customer relationships and represent the brand positively
