About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift : 12

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in ICU

License : GA or Compact license required

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Must-Have :

2 years of ICU experience

First-time travelers accepted

Description :

Traveler must have 2 years of ICU experience.

Weekend coverage is required every other weekend.

No call required.

Floating may occur within the facility and scope of practice as needed.

If one major holiday falls during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work.

If two major holidays fall during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both.

If three major holidays occur during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.

Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving / Black Friday, Christmas Eve / Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve / New Year’s Day.

Full compliance required to start on time; delays may result in pushback of 2 weeks due to scheduling.

Locals accepted at the same rate.

Two supervisory references preferred at the time of submission.

RTO must be a maximum of 7 days; required with submission.

One holiday RTO request can be reviewed for approval if three major holidays occur during the assignment period.

Mandatory pre-application fee required for processing candidates.

Candidates must be available to submit core items and complete required tasks promptly to ensure an on-time start.

Travelers must complete one successful assignment outside of the previous facility before rebooking at a new location.

Modules are completed during orientation and vary by specialty.

Modules are recorded via transcripts.
