Job Title : Janitor Lakeland, FL

Job Summary : MOR PPM, Inc. seeks to hire a full time temporary Janitor in Lakeland, FL. A custodian will perform continuous daily heavy cleaning duties to maintain a safe and clean facility. A Janitor will practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures; comply with all customer rules and safety procedures and policies. Must notify managers concerning the need for repairs, slip hazards, or any safety problems as necessitated.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming floors.
• Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors. Gathering and emptying trash, including recycling.
• Cleaning and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Servicing, cleaning, and supplying restrooms.
• Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dusting furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Cleaning laboratory equipment, such as glassware and metal instruments, using solvents, brushes, rags, and power cleaning equipment.
• Mixing water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.

Experience : Minimum of 6-months relevant experience required.
