Looking for a Bartender / Food Service Crew Member to join our evening hospitality team at Maple Tree Inn in Sunnyvale, CA, US.
Seeking a server with a positive attitude, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating a fun experience for our guests.
Responsibilities include verifying the customers' ages, managing food preparation and buffet line service, taking customer drink orders, crafting traditional and creative cocktails, serving beer and wine, and maintaining bar cleanliness.
We need an energetic, organized, and customer-focused individual for this dynamic role.

Responsibilities
Greet our guests and provide outstanding service throughout the hospitality hoursBeverage preparation, responsible serving, and verifying the customers' agesRegulatory Compliance. Adhering to all local and national liquor laws and regulationsVerify in-house guests and charge beverages accordinglySet up a Hospitality room with a barResponsible for heating up and replenishing appetizersResponsible for replenishing and serving alcoholAssist with guest requests and questionsCommunicate with the Front Desk department to update charges for guestsAlways maintain a clean and sanitary workstationMaintain the register for the barComplete all relevant checklists during a shiftAny other related tasks as requested by the Guest Service ManagerQualifications
Friendly, energetic, and welcoming personality is a must for this Bartender / Food Service Crew Member position in Sunnyvale, CA, USLegally entitled to serve alcohol and obtain a CA Responsible Beverage Service Alcohol Server CertificateA high school diploma or equivalent is required for this roleBeing a highly motivated team player is essential to contribute to a positive work environmentStrong communication skills and an outgoing personality are important traits for this role, as providing excellent customer service is a priorityPrior experience as a bar server would be preferred for this positionFood preparation and love of meal planning are a plusStrong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment are necessaryBasic numerical operations skills, including counting, adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing, are needed for this roleThe candidate must be available and willing to work Monday to Thursday eveningsCompensation
$19.50 - $21 hourly + Tips DOE
