Divisional General Superintendent - Underground Wet Utilities

Location : Corona, CA

Salary Range : $160,000 - $190,000 (DOE)

Type : Full-Time

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Divisional General Superintendent to lead field operations for the Underground Wet Utilities division. This senior field leadership role oversees multiple concurrent projects-including water, sewer, storm drain, and fire line installations-ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with extensive experience managing large-scale wet utility field operations, mentoring teams, and driving consistent project performance. This role serves as the operational backbone between field and office leadership, ensuring seamless execution across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations & Project Execution

• Direct and oversee daily field operations for multiple underground wet utility projects.
• Manage and coordinate Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews to ensure alignment with company objectives, project schedules, and client expectations.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to review drawings, specifications, and constructability for accuracy and clarity.
• Support Superintendents in scheduling manpower, material deliveries, and equipment deployment.
• Develop long-term (30-week) schedules and oversee short-term (3- and 6-week) look-ahead plans.
• Anticipate and resolve field challenges proactively, maintaining compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
