Job Description

We are currently hiring a Supply Chain Finance Co-op in Breinigsville, PA

As a Finance Co-Op at our manufacturing site, you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working alongside experts who will challenge and support you.

What You'll Brew

As a Finance Co-Op, you will :

  • Support monthly financial close, reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Assist with standard costing, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to help drive decision-making.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Supply Chain teams to support projects that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Contribute to a meaningful project that adds measurable value to the business.

  • You ask great questions, show curiosity, and identify ways to improve the work we do.
  • You collaborate well with others and build strong working relationships across Finance and Operations.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and comfort with data analysis; exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools a plus.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work both independently and on a team.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

    In accordance with pay transparency laws the rate for this role if hired is $18 - $20 an hour.

Interns and Co-ops have the chance to meet with leaders at weekly lunch and learns to give them more insight into different parts of the business as well as skill building sessions. They are also required to do a final presentation that they present to the business leaders at the end of each cohort to demonstrate what they have learned.
