MUST :

The Materials Management Assistant should have the following :

Strong documentation skills

1+ year of experience supporting a Materials Department and assisting with supply chain

Strong computer skills

Ability to take direction

Detailed

Comfortable unpacking supplies and creating log of supplies

Managing inventory and preparing orders

DUTIES :

The Materials Management Assistant s duties include but are not limited to :

Provide support to the Materials Manager

Document supplies ordered and received in computer system

Manage stock and supplies

Check inventory levels
