Position Overview :
Join our team as a compassionate Behavior Technician dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In this fulfilling role, you will implement individualized behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children both at their homes and in our centers. You will work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), helping children develop positive behaviors and essential life skills.
Job Responsibilities :
As a Behavior Technician, you will :
Implement behavior support plans and engage in one-on-one ABA therapy sessions.
Record and analyze data on behaviors and skill development during therapy.
Conduct discrete trials and execute established behavior support and treatment plans.

Requirements :
High school diploma or GED is required.
Must have an active RBT certification.
Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in physical play with children.
Demonstrate dependability, a positive attitude, and reliability to foster the success of children.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
