Join our team! We are looking for a Medical Assistant to assist with clinical procedures, facilitate flow of patients through the office and communicate internally as appropriate to coordinate services. The Medical Assistant position is great for those who want to make a difference in the mental health field! This position will also be trained as a back-up TMS Technician. Monday - Friday position.

What You'll Do :

• Retrieve information from the medication line and forward this information to the Nurses
• Document patient history, record vital signs and allergies as needed
• Review medical records for required documentation, including updating release of information authorization forms
• Submit authorizations for drug refills to the pharmacy as directed and complete drug prior authorization forms as needed
• Prepare samples and document in record; contact patient as directed
