Work Execution Overview

• The program is foundational and may impact numerous use cases.
• Engagement with key stakeholders will evolve as dependencies and impacts are identified.
• Eight workstreams are in place, each led by a Program Lead responsible for delivery.
• Agile crews are aligned to workstream objectives.
• The platform will be delivered using a release-based approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow's Employee Experience Suite.
• Ensure infrastructure designs and upgrades align with ITIL standards.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Facilities teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Build and maintain employee journeys, case management workflows, and self-service portals.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Script Includes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and internal tools to support seamless employee experiences.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security best practices.
• Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide technical documentation and user training as needed.

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00 / hr.
