Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in (Coverage & Bad Faith) litigation law and a proven track record of success in the courtroom. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities :

Represent clients in all stages of litigation, from pre-trial to appeals
Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare for hearings and trials
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Attend depositions, hearings, and trials
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods
Manage a caseload and meet deadlines
Stay updated on legal developments and changes in laws and regulations

Requirements :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law Florida

Resident of Florida

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in litigation law

Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Experience with electronic discovery and document management systems
