Job Title :  Construction Integration Manager 3

Location :  Phoenix , AZ

Salary Range :  $ / 90 / hr to $100 / hr on w2

Introduction

Join our dynamic team in Phoenix as a Construction Integration Manager 3, where you will play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating workers. We are seeking a motivated individual who is ready to contribute to our mission of delivering quality construction projects efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+yrs experience in data center or mission critical construction project management with expertise in design and implementation of telecommunications and network systems.
  • Must be proficient in analyzing project schedules.
  • Must be proficient with O365 or equivalent enterprise software suite.
  • RCDD certification
  • PMP certification
  • LEED certification Degrees and / or professional licenses in Construction Management or Telecom Engineering or similar experience
  • Construction Health & Safety Knowledge.
  • NFPA 70E / OSHA 30 or equivalent preferred

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in business or related field.
  • Experience with Bluebeam software.
  • Familiarity with design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
  • Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
  • Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
  • Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personnel grievances.
  • Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
