Job Title : Construction Integration Manager 3

Location : Phoenix , AZ

Salary Range : $ / 90 / hr to $100 / hr on w2

Introduction

Join our dynamic team in Phoenix as a Construction Integration Manager 3, where you will play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating workers. We are seeking a motivated individual who is ready to contribute to our mission of delivering quality construction projects efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+yrs experience in data center or mission critical construction project management with expertise in design and implementation of telecommunications and network systems.
Must be proficient in analyzing project schedules.
Must be proficient with O365 or equivalent enterprise software suite.
RCDD certification
PMP certification
LEED certification Degrees and / or professional licenses in Construction Management or Telecom Engineering or similar experience
Construction Health & Safety Knowledge.
NFPA 70E / OSHA 30 or equivalent preferred

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Associate's degree in business or related field.

Experience with Bluebeam software.

Familiarity with design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.

Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.

Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.

Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personnel grievances.

Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.

Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
