Manager Provider Network Development / Recruitment

Job Description

The Manager Provider Network Development / Recruitment is a vital member of Fulcrum’s Network Management team. This role supports Fulcrum’s network recruitment and development initiatives. Key responsibilities include driving Fulcrum’s provider network expansion efforts, developing and executing a provider recruitment strategy plan, and representing Fulcrum Health at conferences and events.

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Network Development and Recruiting

• Develop and implement a comprehensive provider recruitment strategy to expand Fulcrum’s network.
• Identify and engage potential providers to join the network, ensuring alignment with Fulcrum’s standards and goals.
• Represent Fulcrum Health at industry conferences and events to promote network growth and foster strategic partnerships.
• Provide training, orientation, and coaching to new and existing providers to enhance their performance within the network.
• Manage staff and provide oversight to ensure the effective execution of network development strategies.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
