Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to premature and full-term infants. Our Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is a place of hope, healing, and heart, where we deliver compassionate, expert care in one of the region's most advanced NICUs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and advocating for your patients' needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
License : Active RN license in Missouri or compact state licensure
Certifications : BLS through the American Heart Association (required)
Experience : At least 1 year of NICU RN experience preferred
