Job Summary :

This position is responsible for providing professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process in the critical care or medical / surgical units; provide direct patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures; collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes; oversees the work of other licensed and non licensed personnel; assists with orientation and training of new staff members; serve as a resources and mentor for other nursing staff.

Education :

Associates or Bachelors of Nursing required

Certification & Licensures :

Registered Nurse required

Experience :

1 to 3 years preferred, new students welcomed
