RESPONSIBILITIES :

Kforce has a client in Warwick, RI that is looking for a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to craft intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences across our product portfolio. In this role, you'll translate user needs and business goals into elegant design solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape our design system in Figma.

What You'll Do :

Design end-to-end user experiences, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring ideas to life

Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and efficiency

Mentor junior designers and advocate for user-centered design across teams

REQUIREMENTS :

3-5 years of UX and visual design experience

Strong grasp of design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design

Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools like Sketch, Adobe XD)

Solid understanding of UX research and agile development environments

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
