Job Summary

As a Mobile Pet Groomer, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to making grooming a positive experience for pets and their families. With state-of-the-art grooming vans and a loyal client base, this role offers stability, flexibility, and exciting career opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 2023 Mercedes Sprinter van equipped with advanced insulation for year-round comfort to appointments in the location area.
• Perform professional grooming services, including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling based on breed standards and client preferences.
• Handle pets gently and safely throughout the grooming process, employing positive reinforcement techniques.
• Assess pet coat and skin conditions, noting concerns and communicating them to owners.
• Educate owners on proper grooming practices and recommend home-care products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming van, sanitizing tools and supplies.
• Manage appointments effectively to ensure timeliness and productivity.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
