A company is looking for a Content Strategist to support the rewriting of customer-facing content for their Help Center.
Key Responsibilities
Rewrite and structure content using standardized templates for clarity and consistency
Implement taxonomy and metadata in Contentful to enhance discoverability and machine readability
Verify content accuracy and maintain quality through peer reviews and adherence to editorial standards
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in content strategy, writing, or editing, preferably with Help Centers
Experience with Contentful is required
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables in a production-driven environment
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product and Legal
Familiarity with structured content models and their role in automation and chatbot enablement
