Key Responsibilities
Respond to a high volume of inbound calls, with occasional outbound calls as needed
Provide clear and accurate information regarding patient applications and healthcare coverage
Document all interactions in multiple internal systems while following established scripts and procedures
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of recent customer service experience in a call center environment
Ability to multi-task with dual monitors and navigate multiple applications
Quiet home office with high-speed internet and modem required
High school diploma or GED; healthcare experience is a plus but not required
