Job Description

Lead and oversee all aspects of data center construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules. Manage on-site activities, including subcontractor coordination and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times. Collaborate with project managers to resolve issues and maintain project progress. Monitor quality control and ensure construction work meets specified requirements. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates. Mentor and guide team members to enhance performance and professional development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful General Superintendent - Data Center should have :

• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage construction teams effectively.
• A proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, specifically data centers or similar facilities.
• Must be comfortable living permanently in the project locations for the duration of the project. The GC will compensate you to return home once per month on the weekends
• Limited career moves, tenure is very important to this GC.
• Extensive knowledge of data center construction processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on-site.
• Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure project success.
