Responsibilities :

  • Provide health care services in patient's residence
  • Perform domestic and household tasks
  • Transport and accompany patients to the doctor's office or to the hospital
  • Assist with prescribed medications
  • Assist with client's personal care
  • Monitor and report patient's vital signs, (temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition
  • Maintain patient's care records and document provided services
  • Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies / exercises if needed
  • Meal preparations
  • Provide companionship and basic emotional support

Skills :

  • Proven working experience as a Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Ability to monitor vital signs
  • Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
  • Proficiency in English
  • Caring and compassionate personality

    • Requirements :

  • Valid Driver's License or Photo ID, & or Permanent Resident Card, Employment Authorization
  • Social Security Card
  • HHA Certified or CNA License / Certification
  • CPR - American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • HIV / AIDS certificate
  • Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication
  • Alzheimer certificate
  • Auto insurance
