Responsibilities :

• Respond promptly to emergency service calls and provide efficient solutions.
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and mold remediation processes with precision.
• Assist in cleaning and deodorizing properties affected by fire and smoke damage.
• Operate restoration equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and extractors safely and effectively.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate protective gear during all tasks.
• Document job progress thoroughly, including photographs and detailed notes.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment to ensure they are clean and in excellent working condition.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating professionally and empathetically with clients.
• Support management in completing projects on time and to high-quality standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a similar field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous tasks regularly.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential.
• Availability to work on-call, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to hard work.
