Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (Back-End Days)

Location : Mason City, IA

Schedule : 12-Hour Shifts | Thursday - Saturday (3 Consecutive Days) 9a-9p

One Vision is excited to offer a new 12-hour shift model designed with work-life balance in mind. We are currently hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Back-End Days Schedule , supporting individuals in our Mason City homes.

What You'll Do :

As a DSP, you'll provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by :

  • Assisting with daily living tasks : hygiene, housekeeping, cooking, laundry, and medications
  • Encouraging independence and personal growth
  • Supporting community involvement and recreational activities
  • Driving individuals to appointments and outings
  • Completing clear, accurate documentation using electronic systems
  • Supporting individual financial responsibilities and grocery shopping

    • Qualifications :

  • No experience required - we provide paid training
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed
  • Comfortable using a computer or device for documentation
  • Must pass background checks and health screenings
  • Willing to complete all required job training and certifications

    • This is a safety-sensitive role.
