Electrical Helper Start Your Career in Electrical Work!

Location : Fredericksburg Va

Job Type : Contract to Hire

What You'll Do

Join a hands-on role where you'll support electrical installations and learn valuable trade skills :

  • Safely run underground conduit
  • Assemble PVC piping to spec
  • Build and install aluminum racks
  • Operate portable saws and other tools for construction tasks

What You Bring

We're looking for reliable, hard-working individuals with :

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Basic electrical knowledge : conduit work, wire pulling, wiring
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
  • Good dexterity and mechanical aptitude
  • Solid attendance and a strong work ethic
  • English communication skills (minimum 50% proficiency)
  • Bonus : Any additional electrical experience is a plus!

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 / hr.
