Desktop Engineer

Are you passionate about endpoint technology and ready to level up your impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, enterprise-level IT environment where you'll be on the front lines of modernizing and supporting device management for thousands of end users.

Responsibilities :

• Support enterprise endpoint devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Provide Tier 2 support for escalated incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
• Contribute to the enterprise migration of mobile device management to Microsoft Intune.
