Our Amarillo office is looking for an energetic attorney who is goal-driven, willing to learn, and who works well with a team. Essential Duties

The ideal candidate will work with other attorneys and legal support staff under the direction of a partner on :

• Suit preparation and review, motion practice, discovery, large caseload management, substantial trial work in District Courts and courts in the surrounding counties;
• Title examination, including mineral titles;
• Providing clients with opinions and advice on legal issues;
• Assist with managing and maintaining current firm clients;
• Local travel required. Periodic attendance at evening and occasional weekend events, and statewide conferences;
