Job Tittle : Delivery Manager Healthcare Technology

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, ensure alignment with

client objectives, and drive successful outcomes across payer, provider, and digital health solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own delivery governance across multiple healthcare technology projects.
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget, and compliant delivery (HIPAA, HITECH, CMS).
  • Coordinate with business, technology, and vendor teams for seamless execution.
  • Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Drive Agile / SAFe practices, sprint planning, and delivery reporting.
  • Act as primary client contact for status, communication, and issue resolution.
  • Mentor project leads and ensure adherence to delivery best practices.

Qualifications :

  • 8 12 years of IT delivery / project management experience, with at least 4 5 years in
  • healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems (EHR / EMR, claims, HL7 / FHIR,
  • payer / provider workflows).
  • Proven success managing cross-functional teams and large client engagements.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, SAFe, and traditional delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
  • PMP / CSM / SAFe certifications preferred.
