Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our travel team in a OUT PATIENT setting, in Fort Dodge, IA! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to :

Active IA. OUT PATIENT license

2+ years of Physical Therapist experience

This position begins on 10 / 13 / 2025 and ends on 01 / 12 / 2026
