Hours / Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week (standard day shift hours)

Pay Range : $34 to $39 per hour

Overview : A well-known online health information provider is looking for a qualified Marketing Project Manager to join their Sales Enablement Team in Newark, NJ. The Sales Enablement Team plays an important role in developing a variety of resources to support large sales teams in both the US and internationally. This role will be responsible for managing proposal development and account-based marketing projects for regular and strategic accounts. The candidate will be comfortable leading discussions among cross functional times as well as with receiving constructive feedback and demonstrate an ability to take direction.

Responsibilities :

Manage proposal development projects across assigned teams for strategic accounts.

Manage account-based marketing projects across assigned teams for strategic accounts.

Provide editorial review of materials created for quality control.

Liaise with multiple teams across the organization to manage project flow.

Work closely with the sales team to proactively to support requests.

Communicate clearly with stakeholders to keep the team apprised to project progress.

Proactively identify account / project needs and execute on action items.

Requirements :

~4+ years of marketing project management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.

~ Business Management Degree, Marketing Degree, Public Health Degree OR equivalent year of relevant experience.

~ Ability to manage other team members.

~ Demonstrated ability to support sales teams.

~ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

~ Experience in Adobe Creative Suite or experience managing design vendors (preferred).

~ Stellar, detail-oriented and deadline-focused project management skills.

~ Proactive, with a strong sense of self-direction.

~ Ability to work with minimal supervision.

~ Strong interpersonal skills.

~ Ability to engage key internal stakeholders to achieve objectives.

~ Excellent communicator both written and verbal.

~ Resourceful with ability to quickly take projects from idea to execution.

~ Strategic and creative thinker, inquisitive and willing to evaluate / change current processes.
