A leading AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a seasoned Of Counsel Attorney to join its Fintech & Financial Services Practice Group . This role offers the opportunity to advise technology-driven and early-stage companies on complex regulatory and transactional matters involving federal securities laws and financial services regulation.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
• 8+ years of substantive experience in financial services regulatory or fintech-related practice areas
• Strong knowledge of federal securities laws , including Investment Company Act status issues and related opinions
• Experience advising on broker-dealer and investment adviser registration , compliance , and status issues
• Familiarity with structuring and establishing alternative investment platforms
• SEC or other regulatory agency experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
