Internal Medicine Physician at ProLocums summary :

The Internal Medicine Physician will be responsible for providing outpatient care in a 100% office-based setting. Candidates must have an active Indiana state license and be either board-certified or board-eligible, with required vaccinations and certifications. This position is part of a nonprofit health system dedicated to community health across East-Central Indiana and West-Central Ohio.

Have active IN license
Active CSR / DEA is a plus
Available immediately

This will be 100% Office / Clinic Based / Outpatient.

Candidate Requirements

Active IN State License

Board Status : Board Certified or Board Eligible.

Flu vaccination : Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.

Covid vaccination : Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.

Certifications : BLS-AHA issued.

This job requires candidates to enter their hours in the Vemsta platform.

Schedule

This is a Mon (8am) - Fri (4.45pm) position. We do not have any specific dates for this position. Starting immediately (with reasonable time for credentialing). Ongoing need.

Full Cardiology program with open heart, diagnostic, interventional, EP with cardiac rehab, TAVR, and 30-bed ICU / CCU with 10 beds reserved

220+ bed regional hospital with additional beds in observation, mother / baby, ER, and other units
