Job Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the successful execution of industrial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative professional experienced in managing complex engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of industrial construction projects.
  • Collaborate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field supervisors.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials, tools, and equipment to meet project timelines.
  • Resolve construction issues and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

    • Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with EPC projects.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with estimating tools (e.g., Heavy Bid) preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and deliver results.

    In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $150-190k, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
