Director – Recruitment and Resource Management (SPT16) — Posted July 2, 2025.
Work Location : 2400 Louisiana Blvd. NE, Bldg. 3, Albuquerque, NM 87110 and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Head the US Recruitment and Resource Management Division.
- Manage 151 resources including full-time employees and contractors under Resource Management Division.
- Manage 66 T&M and Fixed Bid projects.
- Manage a team of 25 members under Recruitment Division and RPO.
- Work with the CCO and SVP for the appraisal of resources in the US.
- Perform day-to-day tasks including timesheet management, invoicing, project allocation and training.
- Support the Sales team with contract documentation, project creation and allocation on O360.
- Work with Immigration Director for visa management and GC processes.
- Monthly and semi-monthly invoicing, revenue projection.
- Manage the H1B program for resources qualified to work in the US.
- Manage the Buddy program for resources who come to the US for employment.

Qualifications
Requires bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering (any), or related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a computer software professional.Will also accept 4 years of experience in the job offered or as a computer software professional in lieu of a bachelor's degree.J-18808-Ljbffr
