Job Description

University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health (UM UCH),  a member of the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS) ,  has an opening available for a full-time  BC / BE Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Physician  to join its outpatient Primary Care group .

Job Specifics :

  • Group is comprised of seven primary care practices located throughout Harford County, Maryland.
  • Excellent opportunity to join a successful and established group
  • Physician and APP friendly, team based and collaborative work environment
  • Easily accessible consults with employed specialists to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care
  • Excellent opportunity for rising physicians and new graduates!
  • Supportive environment to foster any special interests such as sports medicine or various procedures in a primary care office
  • Ideal work environment with a very manageable call rotation shared among 25 providers, fostering a healthy work / life balance!
  • Excellent hospital administration support as well as dedicated in office support staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient practice environment.
  • User friendly EMR with one-on-one initial training and ongoing IT support
  • On site care management and embedded behavioral health resources available
  • Convenient and free parking on site
  • Brand new Ambulatory Office Building, which will act as a key primary care hub, is under development with completion anticipated in 2025.
