Schedule The position requires working four 10-hour shifts from 07 : 00 to 17 : 30, Monday through Friday. Days off will vary. Job Description The Cath Lab Tech will be part of a dynamic invasive cardiology department that includes three procedural labs and a 12-bed prep and recovery area. Responsibilities include assisting in cath, EP, and peripheral vascular cases with a skilled team of cardiologists and electrophysiologists. The Cath Lab Tech will be responsible for handling diagnostic procedures and complex interventions, including advanced treatment options for STEMI and cardiac arrest. Responsibilities Assist in various cardiology procedures including catheterizations, electrophysiology, and peripheral interventions. Monitor patient status pre- and post-procedure in the prep and recovery area. Handle emergency situations such as STEMI and cardiac arrest with appropriate interventions. Participate in on-call rotation as required by the unit. Ensure a tobacco and fragrance-free environment. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab environment. Certifications : RCIS, BLS, and ACLS required. EPIC experience required. Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)), Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) credentials are necessary. Why ARMStaffing?
