Location : Fully Remote – All equipment provided
Eligible Areas : Candidates must currently reside near Dallas,TX (75056) to be considered.
Contract Length : Starting November 1st runs through mid-February 2026
Pay Range : $20.00 – $23.00 / hr
Schedule : Full-time | Must be fully available for any shift between 7AM–7PM CST / 8AM–8PM EST
Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed

In this role, you’ll provide daily guidance, training, and performance monitoring for a team of remote Benefit Verification Specialists. You’ll be instrumental in driving productivity, maintaining service standards, and ensuring top-quality results are achieved on every interaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide daily direction and workflow oversight for remote team members handling benefit verifications
Deliver real-time coaching and performance feedback to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Monitor productivity metrics and quality targets; intervene when benchmarks are at risk
Support the training and onboarding of seasonal team members
Identify challenges within the process and propose actionable solutions
Escalate issues according to established protocols
Foster strong communication and engagement across the team
Assist with the development and refinement of training materials and documentation
Promote a positive, results-oriented culture through active support and leadership
What We’re Looking For :
2+ years of healthcare experience in one or more of the following : specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, insurance verification, or medical office support
1+ year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
Experience in high-volume benefit investigations is highly preferred
Comfortable leading a fully remote team
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proven ability to communicate effectively, resolve issues quickly, and keep team members engaged
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
